This website is a product demonstration. Transfrexa is not a licensed exchange, broker, bank, or custodian. Nothing here is an offer to buy or sell digital assets, and sample prices are illustrative. Read the disclosures before you treat any number as real.
1. Scope
This policy describes data this demonstration handles in your browser. Transfrexa does not run a production server for accounts, orders, or newsletters. If a live product launches, this page will name the company, the processors, and the lawful bases we rely on.
2. Data you type
When you open a demo account we store your name, email, and password in local storage on this device. When you trade, deposit, or withdraw, we store balances and an activity log next to that email. The newsletter and contact forms validate in the page and show a success message. They do not send your email to a Transfrexa inbox in this build.
Do not enter a real banking password, seed phrase, government ID number, or live wallet address. The demo does not need them.
3. Data the browser keeps
Keys we write:
- transfrexa.users — demo name, email, password
- transfrexa.session — who is signed in
- transfrexa.wallets — balances and activity
- transfrexa.orders — sample fills
Clearing site data for this origin deletes the lot. We do not set a tracking pixel. We do not sell lists. We do not run ads.
4. Cookies
This static site does not set first-party cookies for analytics or advertising. Local storage is not a cookie, but it stays until you clear it. Bunny Fonts may set their own cookies when the type loads. Read Bunny’s policy if you need that detail.
5. Newsletter
The footer asks for an email so the layout matches a live product. Submission stays on the page. We do not add you to a mail tool until a backend exists. Product notes, if they ever go out, will be operational writing: incidents, fee changes, new markets. Not trade calls.
6. Contact messages
The Contact form keeps topic, email, and message in the browser for the length of the request, then shows a confirmation. In a live product those fields would go to [email protected] and be kept long enough to close the ticket.
7. Retention
Demo data lasts until you sign out and clear storage, or until you overwrite it with a new account on this device. We have no server-side retention clock because we have no server-side copy.
8. Your choices
You can sign out from Wallet. You can refuse the Open an account form. You can use Markets and Help without a session. To erase demo records, use your browser’s clear-data control for this site.
9. Children
The Service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes and contact
We will change the date at the top when this policy changes. Privacy questions: Contact or [email protected].
