1. Agreement

These Terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to the Transfrexa website, demo account, sample markets, and related materials (together, the “Service”). By opening a demo account, placing a sample order, or continuing to use the site, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy policy and Disclosures.

If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use Trade or Wallet.

2. What Transfrexa is

Transfrexa is a static product demonstration. Orders, balances, deposits, and withdrawals run in your browser. They do not hit an exchange, bank, or blockchain. We do not hold customer funds. We do not execute live trades. Sample prices on Markets and Trade are fixed illustrations, not quotes you can fill in the real market.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service if applicable law bars you from viewing crypto product materials. You are responsible for following the rules that apply where you live.

4. Accounts

A demo account needs a name, email, and password. We store that record in your browser’s local storage, on this device only. Anyone with access to this browser can read it. Do not reuse a password you use on a real site.

You are responsible for activity under your demo session. Sign out on a shared computer. We may reset, limit, or delete demo data at any time, including when you clear site data.

5. Identity checks

A live Transfrexa product would collect identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds information before you could move value. This demonstration does not run those checks. Completing the Open an account form does not verify you, does not create a customer relationship, and does not satisfy any know-your-customer duty.

6. Orders and settlement

Buy and sell tickets on Trade convert sample USD and sample assets at the printed price, minus a 0.15% demonstration fee. Fills are instant in the demo wallet. There is no order book, no partial fill, and no cancellation after you confirm.

We may refuse a sample order when the wallet lacks USD or the asset, when the amount is zero or invalid, or when you are signed out.

7. Custody and wallets

Wallet balances are numbers in local storage. They are not deposits, e-money, or crypto held in cold storage. A withdrawal in this demo only reduces the number and writes a “Sent” row. No on-chain transfer occurs.

If this were a live product, Transfrexa or a licensed partner would hold assets in segregated wallets, publish chain addresses, and process withdrawals on network time. That service is not offered here.

8. Fees

The demonstration charges 0.15% of notional on each sample buy or sell. Deposit and withdrawal forms do not add a network fee. A live product would publish a fee schedule, spread, and withdrawal costs before you confirm. See How a Transfrexa quote is built.

9. Prohibited activity

You may not use the Service to:

• Imply that Transfrexa is a licensed exchange or that demo balances are real funds
• Attempt to break, scrape, or overload the site
• Upload malware or harvest other people’s data
• Use another person’s email to open a demo account without permission
• Market this demo as a live trading venue

10. Risk

Digital assets are volatile. You can lose all of the money you put into them. Past prints on this site, including 24-hour percentages, are staged. They are not a forecast. Read the Disclosures before you consider a live venue.

11. Intellectual property

Transfrexa names, logos, copy, and layout belong to the site owner. You may not copy the brand for another exchange product. Cryptocurrency icons are used under Flaticon’s terms, with credit in the footer.

12. Liability

The Service is provided as is. To the fullest extent law allows, Transfrexa is not liable for lost profits, lost data, device issues, or decisions you make after reading sample prices. Our total liability for claims about this demo is limited to zero, because you pay nothing to use it.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by signing out and deleting site data. We may withdraw the demo, change features, or rewrite these Terms. The date at the top of this page is the version that applies.

14. Governing law

These Terms are illustrative. They are not tied to a licensed entity in a named jurisdiction. If a live Transfrexa company launches, it will publish governing law, venue, and a complaints path on this page.
